COVID-19 Measures

Oven Arts Approach to Keeping Staff, Visitors and Customers Safe in the Era of COVID-19
Oven Arts has implemented the following steps to focus on the health and safety of our staff and visitors while in our facility and increased cleaning protocols to our existing rigorous food safety standards to keep our customers safe.
  • Staff must complete a daily pre-screening before leaving home.
  • Staff and visitors are required to use sanitizer stations before entering the facility.
  • All visitors are required to wear face masks when inside the facility.
  • All staff will have their temperature taken upon arrival at the facility.
  • Staff is required to use PPE, including face masks, gloves, face shields in addition to daily uniforms.
  • Additional outdoor seating is provided for breaks and meals.
  • Enhanced Sanitizing protocols have been implemented, followed and documented.
  • Weekly All Staff meetings designed to address staff concerns and disseminate up to date covid information from regulatory agencies such as the CDC and FDA.
  • All outer boxes of home delivery orders are shrink wrapped for further protection during transit.
These steps are in addition to our strict adherence to our food safety and GMP standards.

We are a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified facility. We maintain the highest food safety and quality standards, while our experienced and passionate team members work safely at bringing the best desserts to you. Not only does our specially trained sanitation team clean the facility and all machinery and parts individually every night, every single team member is trained on an on-going basis which is an integral part of consistently improving our operations.
