SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders are scheduled to ship within four business days from the date of receipt of order. Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday from our location in Hackensack, NJ.

  • We currently offer shipping through Fedex.

  • For Fedex, we offer Standard delivery via ground service (delivery within 1-6 Business Days), expedited service such as 2 Day (delivery within 2 Business Days), Next Day Air Service (delivery within 1 Business Day) Air Service.

  • Saturday Shipping may be available for an additional charge. Please call 1.855.354.4070 to confirm Saturday delivery.

  • We are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect/incomplete address information entered during checkout, inclement weather surprises by Mother Nature, business closure, courier issues, stolen packages left at a safe location as deemed by the courier, or if the package is refused by the recipient.

  • We will not be able to change Shipping addresses once the order has been processed and shipped. Please contact Fedex if you need to change your delivery address.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. We stand by our product. If you have an issue regarding your order, please contact us at customerservice@ovenarts.com call us at 1.855.354.4070 so we can better serve you.

  • At Oven Arts we value quality and freshness. To ensure that your order arrives to you with this standard we may require additional shipping charges to add a cold pack for chocolate dipped items during warmer months.
